IME Property has today been confirmed by the UK’s leading real estate market intelligence company, EGi, as one of Edinburgh’s most active property agents.
The competition, which took into account transaction volumes across all property sectors in the EH postcode area, invited entrants to submit their deals over the last 12 months. The top five winners were announced in EG’s latest magazine.
IME finished fifth behind Cushman and Wakefield, Eric Young & Co, JLL and Ryden. One of the firm’s lettings at 1 George Court in Haddington was also listed on the ‘National Deal’ page.
“This is a tremendous accolade for the agency team here at IME,” commented IME managing director, Iain Mercer.
“The business is focused on serving the local property market in Edinburgh and the Lothians and this result shows we are going in the right direction.”
It is the latest in a string of recognitions for the company following their nomination as finalists at the Scottish Property Awards in both 2016 and 2017. The business was also a finalist in the Edinburgh Chambers of Commerce Business Awards 2016.
“In our short history, we have set out to dominate the local property market online and on the high street by adopting a fresh and proactive approach to commercial property,” added Mr Mercer.
